About our Quizzes

Established in 2018, “Win Clues or Draw” runs UK-based trivia quizzes in and around Guildford, Surrey.

We can supply one-off quiz nights;

regular quiz nights…

quiz packs by email…

or even individual quiz rounds.

We pride ourselves in offering a bespoke service for each client whether a special birthday party…

a private event…

a social club gathering…

or a charity quiz night.

From March 2020 to October ’21 we held online quizzes using our private Zoom room and regularly attracted 40-50 participants.

Since October 2021 we have been resident in a Guildford bar, but we plan to run monthly Zoom quizzes for our distant quizzers every quarter. Look out for these!

If you can get to Rogues Bar we’d love to see you on Tuesday nights from 8.30pm.

A little history . . .

Our founder, Barney, has taken part in pub quizzes as a player for just over 20 years. Then, in early 2013, he jumped at the chance to be a stand-in [ ed. always trying to be helpful 😉 ] when the regular quizmaster went off on holiday at Rogues Bar. Later that year, Barney took over permanently after the incumbent decided to hang up his microphone. SInce we were established in 2018, we have grown and hosted hundreds of local quiz nights in Guildford, Chertsey, Esher, Farnham and Woking.

For us, it’s all about making sure you, as players, have fun. Our nights are as much about the questions and answers as just having a fun social night out.

We have been honoured to run local charity quiz nights and the chance to give something back to our local community. The largest of these was a two-charity night for Alzheimer’s Research UK and Alzheimer’s Society in 2020. As a result we raised over £500.

We were also grateful to Real Change Guildford for allowing us to host their charity night in 2021 from which they raised over £100.

What do we need to be able to join?

Find the quiz you would like to attend and fill in the form with your details. (Don’t forget to join our mailing list if you would like to receive details of any upcoming quizzes). We will then send through details and a link to make the payment. The only other things you need are a pen, some paper and some quiz-loving friends!

For Zoom sessions, we recommend a laptop with HD video and sound and some good ear- or headphones. A tablet or phone is also fine to use.

How much does it cost to take part in a quiz?

The cost of our quizzes is just £1 per team member, payable via our Paypal link ….. paypal.me/wincluesordraw

How can I arrange a quiz for my event or charity?

Each quiz is designed specifically for you, so please get in touch using the form below. A ballpark price is our Basic package starting at £50 per quiz (up to 25 people).
